What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of professional skincare treatments, including facials, microcurrent treatments, LED therapy, Oxygen treatments, ultrasound treatments, chemical peels, acne treatments, anti-aging therapies, and customized skincare plans tailored to your skin’s needs.
How do I book an appointment?
You can request an appointment through our contact form, 'Book now' link, by phone, or by email. Leave your contact information, and we will reach out to schedule a time that works best for you.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer personalized skincare consultations to evaluate your skin type, discuss your concerns, and recommend the most effective treatments and products.
What should I do before my facial treatment?
Please arrive with clean skin and avoid using strong exfoliants, retinoids, or other active ingredients 48 hours before your appointment. If you have specific concerns, let us know in advance.
How often should I get a facial?
For most clients, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks. However, your ideal frequency depends on your skin type, goals, and the treatments you receive.
Do you use professional-grade skincare products?
Absolutely. We use only high-quality, professional-grade skincare products that deliver real results and are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Can I get treatments if I have sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Our treatments are fully customizable. We specialize in all skin types and we always choose products and techniques that are gentle yet effective for your skin’s unique needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
At MB Skincare Salon, appointments are reserved especially for you.
To keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
