Cancellation Policy
At MB Skincare Salon, appointments are reserved especially for you.
To keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time reserved specifically for you, as well as the time of our staff and other clients.
